Well the weather has decided to be uncooperative. The winds are suppose to be high on Monday so now we are looking at maybe Tuesday. This boating adventure is going to teach me patience. That is something I am really going to have to work on. We have waited for this adventure for a long time so I guess another day isn't so bad.
Today was the last day of goodbyes with famlily. We got together with alot of family and friends this last week and I want to Thank everyone for all of their good wishes.. Make sure that you all keep in touch.
So once this trip starts for real I will try to post more pictures which has been requested by my daughter. So please don't abandon the blog just yet.

ReplyDeleteThe plan was to leave Tuesday but we are playing it by ear. We will spend Monday night on the boat and will be ready for just about anything. Our Canadian friends on Esperanza are still waiting in Westport for the window to open as well. Whenever we start cruising the plan is the first night to get as close as possible to Hells Gate NY. Can't say where we will actually end up though depends on the seas. And Tuesday is still up in the air as well. Patience is indeed the name of the game! When have a better idea we will let you know.
