Man Overboard

We took the rental car out today to go get some photos. Guess what, no photos, there is nothing interesting  here in St Marys City. We drove for miles and there are alot of big homes and  St Marys college and thats about it. They have a village like Sturbridge Village but it was not open today.

We noticed that there is a houseboat in this marina named Fantasy also a member of AGLCA.  We were just made aware of their blog by Sweetpea and started following them. Steph told us that her husband Paddy was off their boat for a few days and invited us over for a glass of wine. Now here is when the story gets fun. Since we have been in this marina Bob has been worried about me fallling off the boat when geting onto the dock. The docks here are fixed not floating so when the tide changes it can make the getting on and off a challenge. The finger pier is also very narrow where we get off.  Before Bob had anything to drink he fell of the pier and into the water.  Now that would have been a photo op. He is fine a little soggy but fine.  He was able to get to the swim platform and pull himself up. Needless to say I left to get my wine while he came in and showered and changed.  Thank you Steph for a fun evening it was great meeting you. Hope to meet Paddy soon.

Tomorrow looks like a rainy, windy day so we will stay put. We hope to leave here on Thursday.

Dinner tonight was suppose to be Pizza but decided to just have wine and cheese.
Denise says she's going to get me a new shirt
