Cape May

It was raining cats and dogs

Take a buggy ride and view the victorian houses

Miles of beaches
Today we woke up to sunny skies. The rain is suppose to arrive this afternoon. I made eggs and bacon for breakfast and then off we went to see the lovely town.
Cape May is full of old victorian homes. It is a tourist stop with all the shops and restaurants you want. We stopped and bought fudge...Yum Yum. Bob bought 2 pounds worth so he could get a box of free taffy. I hope it lasts the trip.
We will probably be here another night or two because of high winds expected so we will keep an eye on the weather.
Due to technical difficulty the pictures that were taken today did not come out, so I guess we will have to try again tomorrow.
I plan to make chili tonight with cornbread.

  1. sounds like a nice place to hang out for a couple of days waiting out the weather. they're predicting crappy weather here as well, overnight and tomorrow, unfortunately we don't have any fudge...or taffy! (i think i'm starting to develop more of a "sweet tooth"). have a great time on cape may!,

  4. I couldn't get a better picture of it because the building is so small you can't back up to get it in the viewfinder without walking into a wall.
