Counting down

 So we are now 2 months away from our departure date of Oct 12. Everything seems to be moving in the right direction. You would be amazed at how much has to be done to go away for 6 months.
Bob has bought himself an Ipad to play with. He will  be adding alot of boating apps to it to make our journey safer, so he says.
Slowly we are bringing things aboard and finding places for it.
So we are right on track for our adventure.

    Our names are Jim and Dale McGovern aboard Sweet Pea a 44' Tollycraft @homeport Westport MA. We too will be leaving around the first week of Oct heading south. We have been in contact with Joysea and 2 other boats heading south now. you can contact us on the aglca boards or via our blog also found @ the aglca site. We will be traveling a fast (for us) clip of 15-17 kts till we get to the MD area. feel free to contact us anytime we will follow your blog as well.
